History

Tapas Fleming developed TAT in the early 1990s as a way to help her clients heal food sensitivities quickly. One of her first clients informed her that doing TAT on the food allowed her to let go of a very traumatic childhood memory. Tapas quickly realized that she needed to research the psychological benefits of TAT so she consulted with a group of experts in the field of traumatic experiences. They gave her the insight she needed to expand the verbal steps of TAT into the wholistic form you see today.

TAT is gaining popularity on the East and West Coasts and in Europe.

Jasmine White learned TAT in 1995 and quickly discovered that doing TAT radically improved her college experience. Her focus, retention and test scores improved so much so that she excelled in college. Years later Jasmine began helping other college students with test anxiety.

So far, all of the Grad students who have worked with Jasmine have passed their Licensing and Certification exams.

The Higher Learning Made Easy program is still evolving with TAT as the main tool. Jasmine also offers study skill pointers to students who would like to study with joy and efficiency.

Jasmine White is the only Certified TAT Trainer in Central Texas.
